These Terms and Conditions govern the use of tharumaga.lk and the purchase of digital services offered under Tharu Maga by Replace with registered business or proprietor name. By creating an account, submitting birth information or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use paid services.
- You must provide accurate registration, birth and payment information.
- You are responsible for protecting your password and activity performed through your account.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Nature of the service
Tharu Maga provides computer-calculated astrology charts, character descriptions, AI-assisted answers and downloadable reports. These services are interpretive and provided for personal information, reflection and entertainment. They do not guarantee an event, result, relationship, financial gain, health outcome, legal result or future occurrence.
Not professional advice
Content is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, legal advice, financial/investment advice, mental-health care or any other regulated professional service. For decisions involving health, safety, law or significant money, consult an appropriately qualified professional and use official evidence.
Packages and delivery
The package page displays the applicable price, approximate response length, number of follow-up questions and whether a downloadable report is included. Word counts are approximate and may vary with language and the nature of the question. Relevant dates are included only when the question and available calculation evidence require timing.
Payments
Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by PayHere. A browser redirect or payment screenshot does not activate a purchase; access is granted only after our server validates the signed payment notification, order, amount and currency.
Generation failures
AI and report generation can occasionally be delayed or interrupted by network, provider or server failures. Where supported, the paid entitlement remains available for retry and is not consumed by a failed attempt. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.
Customer responsibilities
You must not use the service to harass or defame another person, make unlawful decisions about another person, obtain emergency advice, automate abusive requests, probe system security, copy or resell the platform, interfere with availability, submit malicious code or violate another person’s privacy or rights.
Accuracy and availability
We use the birth information and calculation settings supplied or selected by the customer. Incorrect birth date, time, location or timezone can materially change the output. Although we work to maintain calculation and service quality, uninterrupted availability and error-free interpretation cannot be guaranteed.
Intellectual property
The platform, design, software, branding and original supporting content belong to Replace with registered business or proprietor name or its licensors. A purchased report may be downloaded and used privately by the customer. It may not be resold, republished commercially, used to build a competing service or represented as an official professional certification.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, payment reversal, unlawful activity, security threats, abusive use or material breach of these terms. Legitimate customer rights relating to an already completed payment remain subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Replace with registered business or proprietor name is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from reliance on an astrological interpretation, customer-supplied inaccuracies, third-party outages or decisions made without appropriate professional advice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute by contacting us in writing. Any unresolved matter will be subject to the competent courts and authorities of Sri Lanka, without limiting mandatory consumer remedies.
Changes
We may update these terms when services, pricing, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available at this URL. Material changes apply prospectively except where law or security requires otherwise.
